MovilCoop is a service that provides Cooperative members with easy and secure access to their accounts via mobile devices. Users can begin utilizing this service by downloading the app and logging in with their Home Banking credentials. If not already enrolled in Home Banking, users must register prior to accessing MovilCoop.

With this service, users can:

• Access account balances and detailed information for all accounts
• View balances and details of all loans
• Obtain information on certificates
• Review historical data for all accounts and loans
• Access details for credit cards
• Manage debit card information
• Conduct transfers between personal accounts
• Transfer funds to other pre-configured accounts
• Make loan payments
• Pay merchant bills
• Manage credit card payments
• Review historical data on merchant bill payments
• Check status of stopped payment checks
• Find information about cooperative branches and ATMs
• Get assistance in locating the nearest branch

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, balances, and transactions are updated in real-time. For user security, transactions occur within a secure environment (SSL) supported by 128-bit encryption. This ensures that the data presented and exchanged is protected by encryption algorithms before transmission.
